Do the files appear on disk at all? In whatever folder has the save games (.prison files) folder, there should be a mods folder with subscribed mods. Subscribed to Mods in Workshop, Don't show up in Mod list In Game Try restarting steam then. Oh and it won't download anything for a game that is running. Deleting appmanifest294100.acf may cause steam to forget rimworld is installed, though that might help. #8. zradack12
